​Moving Tips​​​​​​​​​​

The move requires a minimum organization. Pack, load, transport and unpack all your furniture can not be improvised. Enjoy the directory of movers and advice on formalities for change of address.

When is the move?​​​​​​​​​​

Secure with certainty the date of the move to avoid weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a local move. You would then have to pay time and a half or double time;
Also avoid civic festivals, like June 24 and July 1, where you'll pay double time;

Remember that the peak removals is between May 15 and July 15.

     Contact as soon as possible with two or three movers of your choice to ensure availability.

 If you pack your own goods, the mover is not responsible for content boxes;

     If you can, take the package to the mover is an expert;

     If you pack your belongings yourself, you can probably buy boxes and packing paper from your mover;

     Move yourself in high monetary or sentimental value, such as jewelry, bank certificates or investment, collections of stamps or coins, articles of earthenware or porcelain, pictures and paintings, etc..;

     If you pack your belongings yourself, use a strong tape to seal your boxes, and use a sturdy rope to tie objects.
